Welcome to the Beome Private Beta. By accessing this platform, you acknowledge that you have been specifically invited to participate in a "Minimum Feedback Product" (MFP) testing phase. If you have not received a direct invitation from the Beome team, you are not authorized to use this system, and your account will be terminated.

2. The Nature of This Beta
You understand that this platform is in active development. We are not just processing your data to provide a service; we are using your interactions to build the logic, flow, and intelligence of the future commercial product.

3. Critical Security Warning regarding your Access
Your access link contains a unique personal key. Do not share your browser URL or screenshots of your address bar with anyone, as this allows access to your personal session history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access link.

4. Information We Collect & Record
To operate the Beome and improve our models, we collect and permanently store the following data:

• Voice & Interaction Data (Biometric): We utilize AI agents (powered by ElevenLabs, OpenAI, and potentially other providers). We record and store all voice interactions. When you speak to the guide, your voice is processed to generate text and audio responses. These recordings and transcripts are stored to improve the guidance experience, train our models, and refine the system's emotional intelligence.

• Identity Data: Name, Email, Phone Number, and unique User IDs.

• Session Data: Progress tracking (Session IDs, Experience Levels), usage logs, status within the experiences, and specific session duration/timing.

• Personal & Spiritual Feedback: We collect deep feedback regarding your emotional state, physical sensations, and mental clarity.
   

5. How We Use Your Data
We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. We use your data strictly for the following:

• Service Operation: To generate real-time AI responses and guide you through the Zones.

• Product Development: To improve user flows, refine the "Active User Zone" logic, and debug system errors.

• Business Intelligence: To analyze usage patterns for marketing strategies and business modeling.

• AI Training: Your voice inputs and feedback are used to "teach" the system how to be a better guide.
   

6. Third-Party Infrastructure
We utilize a distributed technology stack. By using Beome, you acknowledge that your data flows through and is stored on the following third-party services:

• Core Logic & Database: Wix, Bubble, AirTable, Google Drive.

• Automation: Zapier.

• AI & Voice Processing: ElevenLabs, OpenAI (and other LLM/Voice providers as the tech stack evolves).
   

7. Data Retention
During this MFP stage, we retain all data, including voice recordings and transcripts, indefinitely to support the historical analysis of the product's evolution.
